Laser Vision Financing

Most health insurances do not cover LASIK procedures, PRK or other refractive procedures.

Our All-Inclusive Package Includes:

  • A comprehensive eye examination.
  • All pre-operative and post-operative medications and drops.

  • All Laser correction post-operative visits for up to 12 months.

    CATARACT & REFRACTIVE LENS IMPLANTS

    Lens Implant Financing Options

    Most health insurances cover cataract surgery with a standard lens implant. However, health insurances do not cover refractive lens implants such as Crystalens, ReSTOR, ReZoom, toric IOL, Verisyse lens and Visian ICL.

    Insurance companies do not generally cover astigmatism correction procedures such as LRIs (limbal relaxing incisions).

    In 2005 a policy change in Medicare and most insurers allows patients facing cataract surgery to be covered by their insurance for the cataract/standard lens implant portion, but can elect to upgrade to the new technology by paying the difference in cost out-of-pocket.

  • Payments must be received one week prior to surgery.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts - money must be allocated the same year as the procedure.

    Interest Free for 12 Months or Extended Payment Plans – length determined by you (24, 36, 48 or 60 months)
