James E. Greenlee, M.D., has been practicing ophthalmology in Milwaukee since 1976. After receiving his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering at Northwestern University in 1966, Dr. Greenlee attended Northwestern University Medical School where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed an internship at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, and served two years in the army before returning to Northwestern University for an ophthalmology residency. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Greenlee is also a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology and a member and past president of the Milwaukee Ophthalmological Society.
After fifteen years at Milwaukee Eye Care Associates, Dr. Greenlee retired at the end of October, 2011. In his free time, he enjoys golf and hiking.
