Dr. Frame is a board certified comprehensive ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery and the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. He is a partner in Milwaukee Eye Care.

Dr. Frame graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning an undergraduate degree in Bacteriology. He completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. During medical school he participated in medical mission trips to Guatemala and India. Following medical school, he completed an internal medicine internship at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, where he stayed and completed his ophthalmology residency at Louisiana State University. Dr. Frame then returned home to Wisconsin, where he completed a distinguished fellowship in glaucoma in the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Science at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health. During his time he gained extensive experience in the surgical management of glaucoma. Dr. Frame performs traditional glaucoma surgeries as well as newer, minimally invasive procedures including trabeculectomy, aqueous draining devices, XEN gel stent, canaloplasty, iStent trabecular microbypass, Hydrus microstent, endocyclophotocoagulation, and combined cataract/glaucoma laser procedures.

Dr. Frame is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a member of the America Academy of Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society, Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology and the Wisconsin Glaucoma Society.

Dr. Frame was born and raised in Madison and enjoys bowling, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, who is from the Milwaukee area, are avid Wisconsin sports fans and enjoy attending Packers, Brewers, Badgers, and Bucks games.  They also have their hands full with their two young twins.
